We offer lay-by on all purchases over $500

As nearly all of our items are unique, all lay-bys require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

 

Available Lay-by Terms

Our terms vary depending on the total purchase price of which we have three available. They are:

 

1. Purchases $500 - $999

A four (4) week lay-by requiring two (2) payments every two (2) weeks

 

2. Purchases $1000 - $2499

An eight (8) week lay-by requiring four (4) payments every two (2) weeks

 

3. Purchases $2500 +

A twelve (12) week lay-by requiring six (6) payments every two (2) weeks

 

Cancellation

In all instances where a lay-by sale has been cancelled by the customer, the 25% deposit is forfeited and the balance of the paid lay-by returned.

 

If payments have not been met then it is at the management's discretion as to whether to cancel the lay-by or not. All paid money, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit will be returned ASAP to the customer.

 

All lay-by purchases of goods from Japanache signal the acceptance of these conditions.

 

We are not in the business of sending our customers deeper into debt.

Therefore, if you cannot afford the repayments then it wasn't meant to be yours. Save up as I am sure there will be another treasure that has your name on it in the near future.
