Futon Shipping Charges
All futons are vacuum-packed in Japan to minimise freight charges. It usually takes 6 - 48 hours hanging time for your futon to reach its original size.

All of our futons are shipped fully insured against loss or damage in transit. All mattresses & quilts are individually vacuum-packed in futon bags which are re-usable as long as they survive the trip. Spare vacuum bags are available for purchase at $14.
*Please note that some outlying suburbs are not zoned as metropolitan for several cities and towns. If you reside in one of them it is often cheaper to have it delivered to a more central destination. Likewise, if you are in a remote location within one of the regions listed above.
** These are estimates based on what our carriers quote for priority shipments. There are many unforeseen factors that can affect delivery times. December deliveries are often delayed because of the significant increase in volume.
