Shipping Notes and Conditions
@ Weight Conditions: These rates apply to standard mats weighing up to 25 kg. Prices for mats over 25 kg need to be individually quoted. Please note that mats naturally vary in weight, often falling between 24–26 kg.
** Delivery Estimates: These figures represent transit time estimates provided by our carriers. We do not guarantee delivery within this window. Unforeseen factors can affect delivery times, and transit times often experience delays during December.
* Special Items: Single Bed and King Bed size mats are more expensive to ship than other mats and can only be shipped using FedEx services. The prices quoted are for delivery to a commercial property or depot; residential delivery will incur a higher cost.
Note on Bed Mats: All Tatami Bed mat prices include the wooden frame.
Special Frame Shipping: Due to their length, 3-mat and Teahouse frames need to be shipped with FedEx, and prices must be individually quoted.
New Zealand Orders: We do not ship Tatami mats to New Zealand using our couriers. Please contact Sneddens NZ directly to obtain a quote for pick-up and delivery.
