Japanese Collectables: Netsuke, Inro, and Sagemono
This section is dedicated to fine Japanese collectables from the Edo and Meiji periods. We focus on small, exquisitely crafted items, including carved toggle figures known as Netsuke, and the portable, decorative cases called Inro. Other items in this category include the sliding beads (Ojime) and various hanging accessories (Sagemono) and display ornaments (Okimono).
Please note we cannot import Ivory without documentation that proves the age of the piece. All ivory pieces sold by us were either purchased in Australia or have the required paperwork.
