We offer lay-by on all purchases

Lay-by Terms

Our terms for all purchases:

• 25% non-refundable deposit (min. deposit $200)
• 8 weeks to pay off the lay-by in full
• $10 set-up fee

Cancellation

In all instances where a lay-by sale has been cancelled by the customer, the deposit is forfeited and the balance of the paid lay-by returned.

If full payment has not been made by the due date then it is at the management's discretion as to whether to cancel the lay-by or not. All paid money, less the set-up fee and deposit will be returned ASAP to the customer.

All lay-by purchases of goods from Japanache signal the acceptance of these conditions.
