Shipping Notes and Conditions
@ Weight Conditions: These rates apply to standard mats weighing up to 25 kg. Prices for mats over 25 kg need to be individually quoted. Please note that mats naturally vary in weight, often falling between 24–26 kg.
* Special Items: All Tatami Bed mat prices include the wooden frame. Prices quoted above are for collection from your local carrier depot or delivery to a commercial business property. Direct home delivery to a private residence incurs an additional $81 carrier surcharge.
Special Frame Shipping: Due to their length, 3-mat and Teahouse frames must be individually quoted.
New Zealand Orders: We do not ship Tatami mats to New Zealand using our couriers. Please contact Sneddens NZ directly to obtain a quote for pick-up and delivery.
