Shipping Notes and Conditions
@ Weight Conditions: These rates apply to standard mats weighing up to 25 kg. Prices for mats over 25 kg need to be individually quoted as they will include hidden surcharges. Please note that mats naturally vary in weight, often falling between 24–26 kg.
* Special Items: All Tatami Bed mat prices include the wooden frame. Prices quoted above are for residential deliveries. You can save $80 if delivery is to a commercial business property or depot.
Special Frame Shipping: Due to their length, 3-mat and Teahouse frames must be individually quoted.
New Zealand Orders: We do not ship Tatami mats to New Zealand using our couriers. Please contact Sneddens NZ directly to obtain a quote for pick-up and delivery.
